个人简介：
1986、1989年分别获北京大学生物化学专业学士、硕士学位；1995年于美国Rutgers新泽西州立大学获微生物学和分子遗传学博士学位；1995年至2000年在美国加州大学Santa Barbara分校进行博士后研究工作。2000年至2003年于美国加州AlleCure/Mannkind免疫学生物工程公司任Senior Scientist。自2003年任中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所研究员、研究组长。2004年入选中国科学院“百人计划”，2009年获“国家杰出青年科学基金”。

研究领域：
主要研究代谢调控与代谢紊乱的分子发病机制。利用细胞系统和动物模型，通过分子生物学技术手段，在生理学水平上探索营养失衡、细胞应激与糖脂代谢调控发生紊乱的机制关联，力图揭示肥胖、脂肪肝与2型糖尿病等代谢疾病发生发展的分子基础。
