个人简介:
丁秋蓉博士2004年毕业于南京大学获学士学位,2010年毕业于中科院上海生科院营养科学研究所获博士学位。2010至2014年在哈佛大学干细胞与再生生物学系和干细胞研究所从事博士后研究。2014年9月加入中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所,担任研究员、研究组长。2015年获上海市浦江人才支持,2016年获国家青年千人计划支持。

研究领域:
针对肝脏细胞、脂肪细胞和食欲调节中枢神经元细胞的功能研究,深入解析脂代谢紊乱相关疾病(肥胖、2型糖尿病及肿瘤引发的恶病质)的发病分子机制,研发新的药物治疗和基因治疗方案。研究手段主要包括人多能干细胞疾病模拟、CRISPR基因编辑、大规模药物和遗传筛选以及动物疾病模型等。
