个人简介:
1995年毕业于南京大学生物化学系获学士学位。2000年毕业于中国科学院上海生物化学研究所获博士学位。2000年至2003年先后在哈佛大学医学院病理系、哈佛大学儿童医院神经生物学系进行博士后研究。2003年至今在中国科学院上海生命科学研究院营养科学研究所工作。2004年入选中国科学院“百人计划”,2005年入选“上海市青年科技启明星”,2008年入选上海市青年科技启明星跟踪计划,2008年获“上海市科教党委系统十佳青年科技创新人才”称号,2008年获“国家杰出青年科学基金”,2009年“百人计划”终期评估获得优秀,并获“赛诺菲-安万特—中科院上海生命科学研究院优秀青年人才奖”。2010年获得“中国科学院上海分院第2届杰出青年科技创新人才奖”和“第五届上海青年科技英才”称号。2011年入选“上海市优秀学术带头人计划”。2014年获2013年度上海市自然科学二等奖(第一完成人)。担任《Journal of Endocrinology》,《Journal of Molecular Endocrinology》和《生命科学》编委。

研究领域:
从分子、细胞和动物水平研究各种营养因素对于肥胖、糖尿病、肿瘤和长寿的影响。目前重点研究乙酰化酶和去乙酰化酶及其调控因子对肥胖、糖尿病和肿瘤的影响;并通过高通量测序、高通量液质联用分析、蛋白质组学、以及一些最新筛选方法寻找能缓解肥胖、糖尿病和肿瘤或延长寿命的基因和药物。
