Dr. Campbell is a Jacob Gould Schurman Professor Emeritus of nutritional biochemistry at Cornell University. He has received more than 70 grant-years of peer-reviewed research funding and authored more than 300 research papers. His legacy, The China Study, is the most comprehensive study of health and nutrition ever conducted. |

Chen Chunming, Professor
Professor Chen is an expert in public-health regarding the nutrition status of children and general population in China, as well as food consumption behavior of the Chinese people during economic development. As the former Director of the Chinese Academy of Preventive Medicine and the Chairman of Advisory Panel at the CDC in China, she also has served on the WHO expert panel on nutrition and was elected the Vice Chair of the FAO/WHO International Conference on Nutrition. Professor Chen is now a director of the International Life Science Institute and a fellow of the International Union of Nutritional Sciences (IUNS). |
